Mobile and IT/Compliance – US Health Client
In our project with a prominent wellness company, we focused on optimizing their mobile applications to enhance user acquisition, scalability, and overall experience. Our team implemented cutting-edge design patterns, introduced best practices for mobile app performance, and ensured quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and automation. Additionally, we successfully orchestrated a major IT migration from Google Workspace to M365, significantly improving productivity and efficiency.
Engineering: Refining Mobile App Functionality
Our engagement with this leading wellness company involved a strategic overhaul of their native mobile apps. The goal was to create a platform that not only attracted more users but also scaled efficiently while delivering an exceptional user experience. To achieve this, our engineering team provided a detailed architectural overview and devised a roadmap focused on these key areas.
We collaborated closely with the company’s existing feature development teams, aiding them in meeting critical deadlines and delivering on promises made to stakeholders. A significant part of our strategy involved revamping the codebase with advanced design patterns such as Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM), Clean Architecture, and the Coordinator pattern. These changes were pivotal in enhancing the structural and functional aspects of the apps.
For the iOS and Android platforms, we adopted SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose, respectively, aligning the apps with the latest industry practices. Performance optimization was a priority, and we tackled this by improving app loading times and user experiences through strategic use of local storage and caching. The introduction of Continuous Integration processes and test case management with Qase, along with UI automation using Appium, further solidified the apps’ quality and reliability.
IT/Cybersecurity: Seamless Migration to M365
The IT and cybersecurity dimension of our project involved a comprehensive migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 (M365). This task was meticulously executed, encompassing the transfer of emails, documents, groups, and permissions. The shift to M365 marked a significant step forward in enhancing the company’s operational productivity, collaboration efficiency, and overall cybersecurity posture.
