Our team integrated the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) into the client’s operations, revolutionizing their project management and delivery processes. This integration was a critical factor in enabling rapid market entry, a necessity for a client aiming to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector. The technology stack, carefully chosen for its agility, included Python Flask, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and AWS. The adoption of DevOps practices, utilizing tools like Github Actions, AWS, and Harness, transformed the client’s approach to software deployment, facilitating frequent and adaptable production updates.

Ensuring Compliance, Security, and System Performance 

A key focus of our consultancy was to uphold security and compliance, crucial in the healthcare sector. Implementing advanced observability tools like New Relic, we ensured swift identification and resolution of potential issues, thereby safeguarding the client’s operations. Our automated evidence collection system, developed using a Python Flask service, streamlined the compilation of compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to stringent standards like ISO, SOC2, and HIPAA. 

Further, our team led the charge in redesigning and refactoring the client’s entire frontend architecture, employing cutting-edge technologies like Headless CMR and React. This overhaul was complemented by a comprehensive production incident triage process, underscoring our dedication to operational excellence. One notable achievement was the strategic database refactoring of a crucial component, boosting both the performance and security of the client’s core systems.
