The goal is fewer tickets, not a chatbot
A support assistant is worth building when it answers real questions correctly and people stop needing to call. That means good content, sensible retrieval, clear sources and firm boundaries.
What we build
- Retrieval over your documentation, knowledge base and API references
- Answers that cite the source they came from
- Guardrails that separate internal content from what customers may see
- Measurement: questions asked, answered without escalation, and accuracy sampling
Experience
We prototyped a customer-facing support experience for an enterprise software vendor on top of its existing internal AI platform, including the controls that keep internal material out of customer answers. We build on existing knowledge infrastructure where it exists rather than duplicating it.
