AI acceleration tooling build-out

Migration capacity that scales with tooling, not headcount.

We build AI tooling around your codebase and your migration process, then run it with senior engineers who own every result.

Discuss your migration

When migration is the bottleneck

Some migrations are simply too big to do by hand. In one engagement, a single customer had roughly 2,500 files of custom Apex code to move to C# .NET. Another needed around 400 field mappings recreated per client, across about 300 clients. Manual teams can do that work. They cannot do it quickly, cheaply or consistently.

The real risk in legacy systems is what nobody remembers

Business rules written years ago by people who have left. Integrations nobody documented. The first job is understanding, and AI is very good at reading code at a speed people cannot.

What we build

  • Code analysis and documentation. Plain-language descriptions of what legacy code does, which become the specification wherever code cannot be converted directly.
  • Conversion tooling. LLM-based tools that translate, refactor and check business logic file by file, fed with the target platform's rules so known mistakes are not repeated.
  • Automated mapping. Tool-generated field and data mappings, reviewed by engineers instead of written by them.
  • A reusable playbook. The rules, prompts and steps, packaged (for example as Claude Skills) so your own engineers can run the next migration without us.

How we run it

  1. Map it. AI-assisted analysis of the codebase, sorted into work that converts mechanically, work that needs architectural decisions, and work that needs people.
  2. Start small and senior. A core team proves the tooling on real files from your hardest customer.
  3. Codify every correction. Each issue a reviewer finds becomes a rule the tooling follows next time.
  4. Scale with the backlog. Add engineers as migrations queue up, not before.
  5. Hand it over. The goal is a method your organization can run independently.

What clients get

  • Migration capacity that grows with tooling rather than headcount
  • A fixed-scope, repeatable offering they can sell to their own customers
  • A documented playbook, so the knowledge stays in-house

We have also taken ownership of undocumented, CRM-dependent legacy systems the traditional way, for a 130-clinic Med Spa chain that moved from phone scheduling to 24/7 digital booking. This service combines that experience with AI tooling.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI replace your engineers here?

No. It does the repetitive analysis, translation and mapping. Engineers design the rules, review every output and handle the work that has no direct equivalent.

Which languages and platforms?

Our deepest experience is Salesforce Apex and LWC to C# .NET and React. The approach applies to any large, rules-driven migration.
