How the program works
- Client and domain onboarding. Learn the business, product and ways of working of the team you will join.
- Technology stack. Targeted learning paths for that team's stack.
- Team and mentor assignment. Join a team alongside juniors and mid-levels, paired with a senior mentor.
- First contributions. Within about three months, pick up smaller bugs and tasks.
- Team velocity. Grow into a full contributor on team sprints.
