Step 1: Discovery
You tell us what you are trying to achieve. A Salt Square leader, not a sales team, joins the call, scheduled in your time zone, to understand the goals, constraints and priorities.
Step 2: Planning
We propose the right model, the right people and a clear plan: scope, team shape, milestones and how progress will be reported. You meet and interview the engineers.
Step 3: Execution
The team joins your tools and rituals. Salt Square leadership checks in regularly with you and with the team.
Step 4: Delivery
A constant feedback loop: demos, transparent progress, and early warning if anything drifts. As trust builds, the engagement can grow into new areas.
What to expect in week one
- Access and onboarding completed, and a named lead on each side
- A shared definition of done and a reporting rhythm
- First work items picked up, with a check-in at the end of the week
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the skills and team size. We will give you a realistic date in the proposal, not a promise we cannot keep.
Who will we deal with day to day?
A named Salt Square lead, with company leadership involved throughout.
